Come to think of it- group discussions are littered everywhere. We all know that there are prescribed venues for group discussions; the well known and perhaps authorized are the AH, CF, and LR7 . How on earth are some colleagues making discussions in rooms which are meant for private study? Seminar rooms, other Lecture rooms out of LR7 and sometimes in the Library or computer lab?! The term ‘’Development’’ has been contended for a number of years. It can be simply asserted as the concept of both convergence and divergence.
